The start date for the new series of Celebrity Big Brother has been confirmed by Channel 5.
A new group of famous faces will take up residence in the famous house on Monday, August 18 at 9pm.
Emma Willis will continue to host the main show, with Rylan Clark and Luisa Zissman appearing on Bit on the Side.The latest celebrity series will begin just three days after the end of the 'civilian' series, which will draw to a close on Friday, August 15.
Channel 5 has promised a "glamorous VIP makeover" for the house, but also warned its celebrity contestants that they "should be prepared for countless twists, turns and tough tasks guaranteed to cause drama and tension from day one".
Rumoured contestants have included George Gilbey from Gogglebox, Misfits actress Lauren Socha, Eurovision champion Conchita Wurst and Benefits Street's White Dee.
The most recent series of Celebrity Big Brother concluded in January, with Jim Davidson beating Dappy and Ollie Locke in the final. The series proved to be one of the most popular celebrity series to date.
