The Unforgettable Comedy Challenge, an annual stand-up comedy contest featuring local and regional comedians, will name a winner during its final round on Wednesday, August 6.
This third annual comedy challenge takes place in Destiny USA's Funny Bone Comedy Club this year. In previous years, it was hosted at Wise Guys Comedy Club.
After three months of qualifiers, 12 top-voted comedians (based on judges and the audience vote) have advanced to the final show. The finalists are Evan Robinson, Samantha Ruddy, Will Phillips, Lee Stevens, Aaron David Ward, Louie Gee, Steven Rogers, Corey Smithson, Steve O'Connell, Pam Werts, AJ Foster and Phil Farda.
The challenge benefits the Alzheimer's Association of Central New York.
