A man was taken to the hospital Tuesday night with a gunshot wound after an armed robbery at a business in Hollywood.
Lt. Derik Alexander said police are investigating the incident at 5981 Funston St., which involved two suspects, one of whom was detained for questioning Tuesday night.
The victim, who is in his 50s or 60s, was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in serious condition, Alexander said.

Greg Stevens, 44, who works nearby, said police told him a 26-year-old man shot the owner of a used car dealership in the thigh and stole cash from him before driving off with an accomplice in a black Jetta.
Stevens said police told him following the 6:15 p.m. shooting that there was "a lot of blood."
